ASSIGNOR DESKTOP
The Assignor Main Menu. Analyze your game fill percentage at a glance with the slot analyer, see any pertanent updates or acknowledgements with an easy to understand quick view...then, acknowledge game changes with a simple click. There are two easy menus to help you navigate and run your umpire business. You can go anywhere using the tradional top menu, or use the Data Manager, Utilities, and Reports menus when you know exactly where it is you are going.

PERSONAL UMPIRE SITE
You have your Assigning site, why shouldn't the umpires have their own site? Once logged into the site, umpires can use their site to view and pickup open slots (if you allow them), view their schedule, see reports of previously worked games and money balances, as well as commuicate privately with other umpries...AND MORE!

ACTIVE SCHEDULER
This is where you take the wheel and drive. The active sheduler is the most remarkable feature that sports scheduling has ever seen! Set up on a daily structure, you can see every game in the system for which ever day you'd like, along with a complete status indicator of the game. If it is already filled, you can see who's working it. If it is still open, with a simple click you can see who's available at that time, along with their contact info. Advanced filtering and sorting capabilities are also built-in. Filling games has never been easier and more powerful!

GAME BLOCKS
We told you before that we are umpires, and the Game Blocks tool certainly proves this. Other software doesn't understand that a majority of the time you ad a game, you are actually adding an 8, 10, 12, 2, 4, 6, and 8 all on the same field with the same scheduler. This is why we created the Game Block Tool. You can easily add blocks of 2 or more games with the same effort as adding one game. Add 64 games in 8 clicks and kiss your data entry woes goodbye!

ACCOUNT MANAGER
It seems to good to be true, you won't even believe what the account manager does for you! The account manager is your accounting software for both your umpires and your schedulers. The beautiful thing is, the system tracks every game invisibly along with any info you need: including rainouts, cancelations, umpire no shows, etc. Using this info, it generates all the bills, invoices, and payments for you! All you have to do is pull up an account, post payments and print bills! Umpires and Schedulers can even view their account information on their own site in real time! Save time and improve communication with no added effort!

BULLETIN BOARD
The bulletin board is a great way for you to post private messages to your Umpires. This is a great place for your umpires to post ejection reports and other important notices. It is also a fun tool for umpires to use to communicate with each other. It really helps build unity among your crew!
